Pricing for corporate photography, events, people at work or food
These types of photographic commissions are priced on an hourly or a daily rate. For stills photography, including flash lighting and camera equipment, my pricing is:
First two hours - $550
Thereafter - $200 per hour
Full Day (8hrs) - $1,500
Prices ex GST
Any parking costs passed on at cost

Pricing for Business Headshots
Business portraits are shot on site in a location to suit your needs, or against a white ot grey background. This pricing structure applies to multiple staff headshots against the same background. For staff portraits in different settings, please refer to the hourly billed method above. Please call to discuss the different scenarios.
One person session $165
Each additional person $110
For more 4 staff please enquire for a quote
Includes retouching of 1 image per person
Proofing can be done immediately on a laptop, or online in a gallery, showing multiple options per person or group.

Location Requirements
For location portrait shoots. a medium sized room is required. I often shoot in boardrooms but depending on your needs, can shoot almost anywhere.
Proofing and Image Selection
After the shoot, you will receive a link to a web gallery to choose your final images for retouching. Once the selected images are chosen, I will finalise the retouching and return the images electronically.
Image Retouching
I retouch all corporate portraits / headshots to some degree. Most people often need whitening of the eyes and teeth, blemish removal and generally retouching for a more polished and flattering image.
Equipment
I use the latest available high resolution photographic and lighting equipment. I will consult with you about the photo style prior to the shoot to ensure that the portraits suit your corporate branding and usage needs.
Payment
For corporate shoots, I invoice on completion. For individual portraits payment is by cash or card on the day of the shoot.
